Our story

From recruiting by hand to building the software for it.

Asset Savvy began in 2020 as a technology and hiring services company. Doing recruitment by hand showed us where hiring loses its time: finding people, reaching them, screening them and lining up interviews. Recruitofy is what we built to take that work off recruiters.

Today Asset Savvy is a product company. Recruitofy is our product and our focus, and we build and run it ourselves — from the AI models it uses to the cloud it runs on.
